🔄 Exchange & Refund Policy
At Gleam, we want you to love every piece you order. If you need to exchange or return an item, here is how you can do it:
✅ Exchanges
If you need to exchange the size, color, or style of your item, we are happy to help!
- Exchanges are accepted within 5 working days from the date of purchase.
- The online exchange process typically takes 10–15 working days.
- To initiate an exchange, please contact us via email at sales@gleamonline.lk or WhatsApp us at 0778809897.
- For social media orders (Facebook/Instagram/WhatsApp), message us directly on the platform you place your order.
Steps to Exchange:
- Step 1: Contact us and provide the details of the product you wish to exchange.
- Step 2: Our Exchange Team will review your request and get back to you.
Note:
- For smoother processing, please send the returned item using the courier service we provide. An additional charge of Rs. 350 (along with the standard delivery fee) will be added to cover the cost of the return shipment.
- Exchanges are not possible after 5 days from the purchase date.
- Products that were sold during sales/special offers or customized orders are non-exchangeable.
- You cannot exchange an item that has already been exchanged.
💸 Refunds
We will only accept refunds for items that are damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was delivered. If this happens, we will arrange a free return courier service for you.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed within 3 working days of receiving the returned item.
- Refunds will be credited to the same card or payment method used for the original order.
- You will receive a refund confirmation email once the process is complete.
- Refunds typically take 3–5 working days to reflect in your account, depending on the bank.
Important Notes:
- Custom-made and tailor-made products cannot be canceled, exchanged, or returned unless they have a quantifiable defect.
- Our batik products are hand-crafted, and minor anomalies are part of the natural creation process and will not be considered defects.
If the product is not returned in a resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange or refund.
